Wildlife from my window...

Today was declared a 'snow day' due to the "adverse weather conditions" so, while I sat in the warm with a cup of coffee I managed to get some fabulous shots of the 'Lesser Spotted School Hopper' at play...

Unaware of me watching from the house, they were busy building a snow man...

It was lovely to see them in their natural habitat as they frolicked and played happily together...

Erm, I think they may have spotted me...

Hi there,
Thanks so much for coming over and commenting..... and you're another Hertfordshire girl.
I love your photographs. You have really captured some special moments and, how ironic indeed to return from Canada to this weather.
Stay warm. XXXX

Thanks for sharing these Superior Snaps. We're supposed to get more snow on Sunday, I think. Too bad we can't wish for another snow day from school...SITS sent me by, and I'm glad they did!

Cute! There is just something about playing in the snow that makes the children so simple and innocent! It even turns grown-ups into kids again! Love it!
