Little Bee; starting to fly...

Oh, well hello!

How have you been?

I'm sorry I haven't been around lately...it's just...I've kind of been immersed in this cutting...measuring...designing...sewing world. It's been fun, and frustrating.

Anyway, here I am beavering away and I realised that I hadn't been spending anywhere near enough time with my friends. Actually while you're here, I was wondering if you could give me some advice?

It's really just a matter of opinion I guess, but I think it will help me know which styles will be more popular for my new clothing line "Little Bee".

So, of the skirts pictured in this post, which would you say is your favourite and why?

Thanks so much for your help, you guys rock!

By the way, it's my 1 year blogging anniversary coming up very soon (I can't believe it) for which I am planning a give away - my very first! So, keep checking back for more info.

Have a fabulous week, won't you?

B x

Welcome back B you have been busy! I am very impressed, you must have the patience of a saint to use a sewing machine - I dont think I woudl make a very good seamstress (stress being the word)! The design is lovely and the first skirt is so cute - I love gingham so this would be my fave. Please can we commission you to do some adult sizes lol!! x

Hi B. Thanks for introducing yourself on my blog. we are indeed neighbours in the real world, as i am in Hertford town, so not too far from you. I LOVE the last two skirts, I think the fabrics are just fantastic (a big fan of bright colours here!) and who doesnt love a Rah'rah skirt! Good luck with your new venture. If these first examples are anything to go by then im sure you will do very well! And you have some very beautiful 'home-grown' models to show them off for you.

Hi There,
I love your custom label too cute!
I have to say i love them all but if i had to have a favorite it would be number 1 and 2 and the reason would be the colors and fabrics.

Hi B, welcome back. So much going on I see. I love the skirts, and the labels. And congratulations on the blogaversary coming up. Number 1 is my favorite, I love the gingham, and the fact that it's not a peek-a-boo type. I'll bring my daughters by tomorrow so you can get a little girls opinion :)

I love the first skirt, b/c the colors are so complimentary and I like the smaller pattern. I wish I could sew! Good luck with the start of your shop. All of the skirts are beautifully done!

The skirts are super cute! I like the first one best, but if I had a little girl, I would pick the one I thought suited her personality. Aren't fabrics making a bold comeback?!
